We arrange a site visit to asses all aspects of your project and help you decide on what products would be most suitable. We then provide you with a formal quotation including all the required product information.

Once you’ve accepted our quotation we will provide you with a detailed contract outlining all the terms and conditions including your payment schedule for the works

For projects over $20,000.00 it is mandatory that a Home Building Compensation Fund Insurance policy be issued.

The deposit payment is made after the HBCF certificate has been provided. All other payments are to be made as per the milestones in your project specific contract.

A check measure visit is carried out to ensure all the details for your order are correct. We will confirm measurements, glass and screen types, colours and configurations with you during this visit prior to ordering your door and window products. For Strata projects the Check measure may be scheduled over 1-2 visits (depending on the size of the complex) with each unit being allocated a specific time for visit. Owners and tenants will have the opportunity to nominate a preferred time during the scheduling process.

Once the check measure is completed and all details have been confirmed the order is placed for your new windows and doors.

After confirmation of delivery from the product manufacturer we will then provide a delivery date and schedule of works.

In most cases your door and window products will be delivered the day prior to installation. We do this so that we can be sure that all items are correct and onsite prior to removing your existing door or window.

Our professional team of installers carry out your installation ensuring your project is completed to our high standards. Building debris are then collected and you can now enjoy your new doors and windows.
